Vicky is a licensed psychotherapist with a master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of St Thomas in Minneapolis. Vicky’s background includes working with both children and adults in acute crisis inpatient settings. Additionally, Vicky has worked with clients in a community-based clinic. Vicky provides individual and family therapy for clients ages 7 and older. Vicky uses a person-centered approach to meet clients where they are in life. Vicky uses elements of CBT, DBT and ACT to help clients build coping skills that better assist them to meet the challenges they face at home, at school or in the community.

In her free time, Vicky enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading and traveling.
