Therapeutic Team,
Title: Psychotherapist
Credentials: MA
Zach is a pre-licensed professional pursuing LPCC licensure in Minnesota. He holds a Master’s in Counseling with extensive experience working in both inpatient and outpatient mental health treatment as well as group facilitation. Zach is passionate about fostering a collaborative therapeutic space where individuals feel empowered to explore their experiences with curiosity and self-compassion.
Grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Zach’s clinical approach integrates mindfulness, experiential techniques, and a strong emphasis on values-based living. He specializes in working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, communication challenges, and trauma, as well as co-occurring disorders.
Zach believes therapy is a dynamic and relational process—one that balances insight with action to support meaningful change. His work is driven by the understanding that each person carries an innate capacity for growth and a commitment to helping clients reconnect with their strengths in ways that feel authentic and sustainable.
Outside of the therapy office, Zach enjoys spending time with his dog, crafting macramé, getting lost in a good book, and engaging in movement-based creative expression through circus arts and dance.
