Vakare is a Mental Health Practitioner at Aris Clinic and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of St. Thomas. She is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges. With experience working with adolescents in mental health, she has a particular interest in helping couples strengthen relationships and parent more effectively. Vakare strives to create a supportive environment where clients feel empowered to grow and make meaningful change.

Outside of work and school, Vakare enjoys spending time outdoors and seeking adventures through activities like rock climbing, backpacking, and hiking. She also loves drawing and baking, finding joy in both creative expression and sharing homemade treats with others.
